Planned Service is an annual,
seasonal maintenance program for Heating, Cooling and
air quality equipment designed to insure that your home comfort system is operating at peak efficiency.
Planned Service includes:
- Twice-a-year tune-ups – one for A/C and one for
heating.
- Priority service, and discounts on tune-up and repairs.
- A peace-of-mind guarantee that your system is running
as efficiently as possible in these days of high
utilities. It is well documented that Preventative
maintenance service can result in lower energy costs to
those who use it on an annual basis.
Why should you become a
Planned Service Member?

Maintenance is mandatory
- The terms of all manufacturer parts warranties require
that annual maintenance be performed on all their
equipment. Remember, routine maintenance, or any failures
due to the LACK OF routine maintenance, will not be covered
by manufacturer or TARION new home warranties. In the event
of a failure documented annual maintenance, such as Planned
Service must be provided.

Reliability -
Having Metropolitan perform routine seasonal tune-ups on
your equipment is your best defense against mechanical
failure. We install dependable products, but even
dependable products fail if neglected. It’s your
responsibility to arrange maintenance every year.

Energy
Savings - Annual
air conditioner and furnace maintenance checks can prevent a
cooling system from operating inefficiently. Dirty
equipment waste energy and cost more to run.

Prevention
– Our technicians are licensed refrigeration mechanics and
gas fitters, trained by manufacturers to maintain their
products in accordance with their specifications. They can
often recognize problems during these tune-ups preventing
potential major failures from occurring. Air conditioners
can lose their refrigerant charge over time. Having a
technician check this during the maintenance check can
prevent a cooling system from operating poorly or a
potential failure.

Safety–
Our technicians are licensed gas
technicians and we have
secured the most up to date tools and instruments such as
“CO" (carbon monoxide) detectors. Remember you have a
fuel burning heating system inside your home. It pays
to make sure it is safe.

Becoming a planned service member
is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3:

Complete the "PLANNED
SERVICE ORDER FORM" you have received from us or call our offices directly
to request one.

Indicate which items you
wish to have serviced and your preferred method of
payment.

Scan
your completed order form and EMail it to
service@metroair.ca
or
Fax it to 905-792-5078.
If your a new customer
just email or call in a request to have your equipment
maintained.
